1. Service Provider

2. Description of Service
This website operates a paid contact form service. By paying a fee of €2.00, you may submit one enquiry message which will be delivered to our inbox. Payment of the fee does not guarantee a response; it ensures only that your message is delivered and reviewed.
The service is provided electronically and begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
3. Price and Payment
The contact fee is €2.00 per submission. This price is stated inclusive of any applicable taxes. You are advised to confirm VAT treatment with a tax adviser if submitting in a business capacity.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. No card details are stored by this website.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Cooling-Off Period
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, consumers ordinarily have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, Article 16(m) of that Directive provides an exception where a digital service has been fully performed and performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
By submitting the contact form and ticking the cooling-off waiver checkbox, you expressly consent to the service beginning immediately upon payment and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been performed (i.e., once your message has been delivered to our inbox).
In plain terms: your message is delivered the moment your payment is confirmed. Once it has been delivered, you cannot withdraw from the transaction or request a refund on the basis of the cooling-off period.
5. Refund Policy
Because the service is performed immediately upon payment, all fees are non-refundable once the message has been delivered.
Exception: if a technical error prevented delivery of your message (e.g., a verified system fault on our side), we will issue a full refund of €2.00 within 14 days of the confirmed failure being reported to us.
To report a delivery failure, contact us at contact@seonyx.com with your Stripe payment reference number.
6. Prohibited Use
The contact form must not be used to submit:
- Unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or harassing content.
- Spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or phishing attempts.
- Content that infringes any intellectual property rights.
- Any content that violates applicable Spanish or EU law.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to prohibited submissions, including reporting to relevant authorities. No refund will be issued for a submission that violates these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service. Our total liability in connection with any single submission is limited to the amount paid (€2.00).
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
If you are a consumer and wish to raise a complaint that we have been unable to resolve, you may also refer the matter to the relevant consumer authority in your country of residence, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. The terms in force at the time you submit your payment are those that apply to your transaction.
